Okay y'all, I found a bomb recipe for Agaragar Roti that I just had to share! Check out this pic – it looks so delicious!

Ingredients:

- 5g agar-agar powder

- 170g granulated sugar

- 500ml water

- 4 pandan leaves, washed and tied into knots

- 2 slices of bread, crusts removed and cut into small squares

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, mix together agar-agar powder, sugar and water. Stir well.

2. Add pandan leaves to the mixture before heating it over medium heat. Keep stirring until the ingredients have dissolved.

3. Once the ingredients have dissolved, turn up the heat until the mixture boils.

4. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and add in the cut up bread squares. Keep stirring until the bread has dissolved completely.

5. Pour mixture into a square dish and let it cool to room temperature. Place in fridge to chill for about an hour.

6. Once chilled and set, remove from fridge and cut the agar-agar roti into small squares.
