1. In a large mixing bowl, add wheat flour, corn flour, salt, and sugar.

2. Mix well with a wooden spoon or spatula.

3. Make a well in the center and add dry instant yeast.

4. Pour in warm water gradually while mixing with a spoon or spatula.

5. Add vegetable oil and keep mixing until the dough starts to form.

6. Knead the dough for 10 minutes using your hands or a stand mixer (with a dough hook).

7. Place the dough in a bowl and cover it with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rest for an hour.

8. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

9. Punch the dough down to release air, shape it into a loaf, and place it into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.

10. Brush the top of the bread with a little vegetable oil and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.

11. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool before slicing and serving.
